Main Composition:

The vacuum emulsifying mixer is mainly composed of water pot, oil pot, emulsifying pot, vacuum system, lifting system (optional), lifting system (optional), electric control system (PLC is optional), operation platform, etc.

Feature:

1) Can handle processing small doses of high viscosity products to replace the traditional process.

3) 3 level emulsion shear force produced by homogeneous head makes the solute transfer speed increase, so that a single molecules and macro molecular decomposition speed, at the same time, it have the best rotor, electrical generators, can according to the size of the dispersed particles

4) All equipment within the automaitc weighting system, feeding and discharging all achieve automatic control, more safely, fully meet the GMP standard.

5) Adopt PLC control, all the operations can be controlled by PLC touch screen.
