  2. The diversified high-speed homogenizer can powerfully mix solid and liquid raw materials and rapidly dissolve many indissoluble material like AES, AESA,LSA,etc, saving energy consumption and shortening production period.
  3. The pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate.The pot body and pipes adopt mirror polishing, which fully conforms to GMP requirements.
  4. The tank can heat and cool materials.The heating way include steam heating and electric heating.
  5. Easy to discharge, bottom direct discharge or by transfer pump.

1. For all the equipment provided by our company, we will be responsible for the installation, adjustment, test and acceptance of the equipment until the product is qualified, the normal acceptance of the equipment, with the layout design, process design, and process design of the equipment.
2. Provide normal equipment operation training, and train 2-3 engineering and technician for the buyer to fully grasp the production process, daily equipment maintenance, failure and production management.
3. The provided equipment have one year warranty. During the warranty period, except for the reasons caused by improper operation of the buyer, all maintenance costs incurred due to equipment maintenance shall be borne by our company.
4. After receiving the maintenance report, our company will arrive at the scene within 12 hours in this city and 48 hours across the country (except for force majeure reasons).
5. Lifetime maintenance: outside the warranty period, we provide one free on-site comprehensive service every year. The time can be decided by both parties. At any other time, if there is equipment failure, our company will send someone to provide service. Repair parts and other parts are not higher than the market price.
