What is the bottom homogenizing Emulsifier mixer?

The vacuum homogenizer mixer also all knows as homogenizing mixer or emulsifier mixer.

The mixing system including low-speed mixing and high-speed mixing. The low-speed mixing including center axis mixing and frame mixing.  This center mixing and frame mixing run in two directions. One is the clockwise direction and another is the anti-clockwise direction. This way of mixing could make all the material in the tank mixing.  Generally, we would equip the scrapper in the frame. The scrapper fits the tank inner wall. In this case, it could wipe all the material from the inner wall of the tank. It could make sure all the material in the tank could be mixed.  The screw ribbon could also equip in the frame so that the material in the tank could be rotated from bottom to upper. The high-speed mixing is mainly composed of the high shear homogenizing mixer. So this process is also called high shear emulsifying mixing. For different manufacturing processes and formulas need different kinds of homogenizing ways, we develop different machines accordingly. Well, according to the position of this high shear homogenizing head,  there are two kinds of machines. One is the bottom emulsifier mixer and another is the upper emulsifier mixer.  The working principle for both these two kinds is the same.

The bottom emulsifier mixer is also called the lower emulsifier mixer.  It means the homogenizing head was installed at the bottom of the tank. The distance between the homogenizer head and the bottom of the tank is very short, so it suits for making a small quantity of emulsion cream in the initial stage.  The high shear homogenizing head is driven by the motor, so the driven motor is also equipped at the bottom accordingly. And to avoid the upper mixing frame knocking against the homogenizer head, we also change the design of the upper frame.
