a.The weighing of powder raw materials should preferably be operated in a dedicated closed small space; to ensure that the air flow rate above the operating area in this space should be as small as possible under the condition of sufficient ventilation times ( This can be achieved by setting up multiple air inlets and air outlets in this space);

 

b.For dust-prone powder materials, before opening the inner packaging bag, you should sense and evaluate the air flow rate in the area. If appropriate, gently open the bag from one corner to the whole.

It is best not to use the "dumping method" for these materials (except for closed-type feeders that can be opened and closed), but should use a suitable size stainless steel shovel or scoop or similar transfer utensils, in the way of "digging shovel", transfer To the large weighing container, and the large weighing container should preferably be covered with an empty large transparent plastic bag in an upside-down manner during the transfer to prevent dust;

 

c.When weighing, it is best to wear goggles and protective masks, and wearing ordinary cotton gauze masks or disposable masks is ineffective against dust entering the lungs;

 

d.In three cases, even the dusty powder must be poured into a large open container for transfer weighing, namely:

d-1. Due to GMPC requirements, paper or other fibrous packaging should not be brought into the first-class clean area. Even if the whole bag is used, it must be poured out and transferred first;

d-2. Because the quantity is relatively small, it is inconvenient to operate the whole bag directly;

d-3. It needs to be pre-mixed with "phase" in the process for weighing;

When pouring into a large transfer container, it is best to separate a 20-50 mesh screen in the middle to prevent the mixing of hard-to-break clumps. For the agglomerated powder, see if it is a foreign body, if not, use extrusion or similar methods, break it, and then sprinkle it into a large container;

 

e.For powders that cannot be wetted first, before feeding into the pot, the ventilation hood above the pot should be turned on to make the air feel slightly flowing, and then start the operation.

Slowly tilt the large container, and pour the powder into the pot through a 20-50 mesh screen. It can be poured in the direction of the water vortex in the pot, and sieve gently while pouring to prevent the powder from agglomerating. of mixing.

Finally, if there is agglomerated powder, check whether it is a foreign body. If not, use extrusion or similar methods. After crushing, slowly sprinkle the agglomerated material into the stirred pot;

f.For the disposal of dust-prone raw materials that are directly used for feeding in a whole package, the ventilation hood above the pot should be opened first to make the air feel slightly flowing, and then start the operation.

First, gently open the corner of the bag to a suitable size, and then slowly pour it into the pot at a moderate speed. At the same time, be careful not to let the material stick to the stirring paddle and the pot wall above the liquid level;

In the later stage of pouring, tap the bottom of the bag lightly to ensure that all the powder can be poured out; if there is a slight amount of moisture at the mouth of the bag and stick to it, this part of the material can also be used in convenient circumstances. The hygienic spatula is shoveled into the pot without affecting the use.

 

 

The above experience is suitable for the feeding process of emulsifier equipment without vacuum suction.
